I wouldn't even go here to buy a screen saver. They take forever. The people aren't properly trained. They shouldn't be left alone if they don't know what they're doing. We went there to add my husband to my plan and take him off of his and transfer his number so he can keep the same number, they didn't know how to do it and she was really rude about it. We would've appreciated it more if she just said "honestly guys I don't know what I'm doing, I'm new" but she was quite rude about it. I will never be back to the store. I would rather drive up to the mall, they know what they're doing there. That's where I transferred my number from T-Mobile last year no problem.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Elizabeth was horrible. She doesn't know how to conduct herself to consumers. After 2 hours at the store, I was on the phone with AT&T Customer Loyalty (who was fantastic, by the way, as always) to fix things that were not done properly with my upgrade. Two phones were upgraded on my plan. Not only was the upgrade transaction not handled properly, we were also sold a supposed brand-new iPhone where the warranty had begun a month prior. On the supposed new phone, a different iCloud user popped on the screen after it was activated. When I called AT&T, we discovered that the phone warranty began in September. The phone was actually a return! Although it was never connected to a network, it was purchased as an in store pickup in September, which was when the warranty began. This was an absolute nightmare. Elizabeth was incredibly rude, especially after we questioned upgrade transaction. She acted like a toddler and screamed, slammed the stockroom door, and asked me to leave, because I was frustrated with how she was conducting herself, lying to her manager about how she messed up the transaction (she made it to be my fault for her screw up but really, she just didn't hear what I was saying...but acknowledged me as if she was honoring my request). She didn't review my order. She didn't even ever my information correctly for the credit card transaction (because she couldn't figure out how to work the terminal. My name is incorrect on my receipt. In speaking with the manager, Mike, it was acknowledged that Elizabeth was not properly trained to handle various circumstance however he also pushed the blame back to me. Also, I learned from AT&T that Elizabeth provided me with inaccurate information regarding the 30 day AppleCare. I expressed how I didn't want it, and did not want the inconvenience of having to call and cancel at a later date. I had asked if I could just not have it added and she said no, I had to add it. Aside from correcting my Data Plan, AT&T Customer Loyalty also explain how that information was false, and I didn't have to have it added at all if I didn't want it...sooo Elizabeth either lied, or again, was not properly trained. I'm mostly concerned that this retailer is selling "brand new"phones that aren't brand new. If you are going to take a gamble and shop here, double check when your warranty starts. AT&T can look it up for you...because they sold a phone that was a return...with a loss of time. The phone will be returned tomorrow, and we will be going to the company store, where the staff is knowledgeable.
